Settings and updates
Open Settings with ⌘, (Ctrl+, on Windows and Linux) or from the bottom of the sidebar.
Account and people
- Account: who is signed in, and Sign out.
- Profile: the name and avatar your agents see, plus details read from your Claude account.
- My devices: your signed-in machines. See Your machines and your phone.
- Teammates and Relay: see Teammates, rooms and the relay.
General
- Appearance: theme (System, Light, Dark) and the terminal font and size.
- Notifications: a badge on the app icon for unread messages and pending decisions, and system notifications for urgent decisions.
- Shortcuts: a key combination that shows or hides TeamRadio from any app.
- Developer: Developer mode adds each agent’s Terminal tab, the choice between Claude Code and Codex CLI, and a Diagnostics page.
Daemon
The background service that runs your agents.
- Connection status, and which machine the app is talking to (Saved daemons).
- Restart daemon: back within seconds; agents resume, but anything mid-turn is cut short.
- Daemon updates: install new versions When bots are idle, At night, when bots are idle, or Only when I say so. Before each update the database is backed up; if the new version does not start, the previous one comes back by itself.
- Agent CLIs: see the installed and latest versions of Claude Code and Codex, and update them with one click, with no terminal. Running agents switch at their next start.
Updates
The app checks for updates every few hours. When one is ready you get
Restart & update, and the background service is updated with it. You can also
check by hand under About. On Linux, the AppImage updates itself; if you installed
the .deb, install the new package from the
download page.
