Beyond your desk
Your machines and your phone
Sign in on several machines and they work as one account. Agents can live on whichever machine suits the job, and you can reach them from any of them.
My devices
Sign in to the same account on another computer and, within seconds, each one lists the other under Settings → My devices. Agents on your other machines appear in the matching projects, and you talk to them as if they were local. Finding your machines this way uses the relay.
- Rename a device to tell them apart, or Remove one you lost or sold.
- When a new device joins, your first machine shows a notice so you can remove it if it is not yours.
Moving an agent
In Agent info → Device, pick another machine and press Move. The agent stops briefly and takes its workspace, history, routines, board tasks and connectors with it. Cloud agents stay where they are.
A headless server
A Linux box without a screen makes a good always-on home for agents. Install the
.deb, run teamradiod service install once, and sign it in to
your account. It starts at boot, keeps running with nobody logged in and restarts by
itself. See Getting started.
You can also connect the app to a machine directly over a private network such as Tailscale: Settings → Daemon → Saved daemons → Add a daemon, with its host, port and an access token.
Access tokens
Scripts, browsers and phones that cannot sign in use an access token. Your own signed-in computers do not need one. Create it in Settings → Access tokens with a name and what it may do:
- See agents, chats and status.
- Message agents and change them.
- Answer decisions and approvals.
The token is shown once. Revoke it at any time.
From your phone
TeamRadio also runs in a browser and installs on a phone from there, with no app store. Read the Pit Wall, make a call or brief an agent while your crew keeps working at your desk. The phone needs to reach your machine (for example over Tailscale) and an access token to connect.
