TeamRadio is made by CodeFish Studio and is free during a limited public beta. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain English. If something here is unclear, email info@codefishstudio.com.

What we collect

• Your email address. You sign in to the TeamRadio app with your email through WorkOS, our sign-in provider. We use it to identify your account, to let you in, and to contact you about the beta (for example, about relay access).
• Product usage events. The app sends events such as which screens you open and which features you use, so we can see what works and what breaks. They go to ReefBack, an analytics service run by CodeFish Studio. We do not send them to any third-party tracker, and we do not send the content of your chats or your code.
• Page views on this website. This site records page views with the same analytics. Each visit includes a random anonymous identifier stored in your browser, the page address without query strings, the referring page, your browser’s user agent and language, and your screen size. There are no advertising cookies.

What stays on your machine

Your agents, projects, chats and files live on your own computer. TeamRadio runs your own Claude Code installation there. We do not receive your agents’ work.

The relay

If you request and use the optional relay, it carries traffic between your machine and your teammates’ machines. Messages between teammates are end-to-end encrypted, so the relay cannot read them. Webhook payloads that wake your agents pass through the relay in order to reach your machine, and the relay can see them while they do. Please keep secrets out of webhook payloads.

Who else sees data

We use WorkOS to sign you in and our own ReefBack analytics for usage events. We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking services. This website is hosted on Vercel and the release files are served from Amazon Web Services; both receive standard request information such as your IP address when you load a page or download the app.

Deleting your account and data

Email info@codefishstudio.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete your account and the usage data linked to it, except where we have to keep something to meet a legal obligation.

TeamRadio is in beta and this page will change as it does. We will update the date above when it does.
